Squirrel thieves

We got some dried corn along with our pumpkins during our apple picking outing this weekend. We added them to the decor in front of our house (I bought the mums on Friday). But this morning, there was no trace of the corn, other than a bit of husk. My theory is that the local squirrels made off with them.
