My friend Rachel got tickets to the Chiefs game at work, but couldn't use them because her son, Jeremiah, was playing his last baseball game of the season in Auburn. So she gave me the tickets. The weather was perfect, and we got to see Strasburg pitch, one of his last times before he goes off to play for the Nationals. Good thing the tickets were free because I spent a small fortune on junk food.

Snow!

Yes, it snowed in Syracuse. On Mother's Day. It never really stuck, at least in our area, but it blew around almost all day.

Girls Day Out

Cal was at Camp Woodlands with the cub scouts, so Alana and I had lunch at the mall and went to see How to Train Your Dragon, which we both really liked.
